2025
FARM SHARE PARTNERSHIP

What is a Farm Share?

A farm share, often referred to as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, is a model where consumers buy a "share" of a farm's harvest in advance. This typically involves members purchasing a subscription for a season, which entitles them to a regular supply of fresh produce. Members pay upfront for a share, which helps the farm with cash flow at the beginning of the growing season. Throughout the season, members receive a supply of seasonal vegetables directly from the farm. Since we do grow organically, this means some of the produce may be imperfect, blemished, or even minor bug damage. The contents vary week to week based on what’s in season and what the farm has harvested. We also provide newsletters with information on each week’s harvest. This model supports local agriculture and allows consumers to eat fresh, locally-grown food while sharing the risks and rewards of farming with the growers.
